Our people. Connected expertise.

Project coordination, infrastructure engineering, networks, cloud, security and operations: the responsibilities behind Express Projects delivery.

Meet the people behind the work

Hardware, networks and cloud operations work best when responsibilities are clear. These profiles bring the people and their areas of focus into view.

Good delivery connects people as carefully as systems. Our team includes certified IT experts and brings 25 years of experience delivering IT solutions for SMEs through enterprise organizations. Requirements, site work, configuration and ongoing support need owners who understand how their decisions affect the wider environment. We coordinate those responsibilities with your IT team through approvals, acceptance and handover.

Infrastructure engineering and installation

Infrastructure work connects workload requirements with servers, storage, virtualization and the conditions on site. Installation planning covers rack readiness, configuration, connectivity and acceptance. Equipment selection and supply support that plan; standard branded systems lead, with custom assembly available for a separately defined requirement.

  • Workload and site dependencies understood before installation
  • Configuration and changes approved by the relevant owners
  • Test findings and infrastructure records ready for handover

Networks, cloud and connectivity

A server is useful when the right people and systems can reach it. Network and cloud work considers routing, switching, Wi-Fi, workload placement, provider dependencies and access between sites. We coordinate these decisions with your IT team and the providers involved, including the practical requirements of India, China and Hong Kong projects.

  • Site and application dependencies considered together
  • Configuration changes planned around business use
  • Connectivity checked before operational handover

Security and ongoing operations

Security belongs in the implementation plan and in everyday work. We help connect firewall changes, identity and access, backup, monitoring and support responsibilities. The operating team needs to know what changed, what to watch and how an incident should be handled within the agreed service coverage.

  • Approved access and changes
  • Useful configuration and recovery records
  • Support responsibilities that remain clear after deployment

Project coordination

Delivery depends on timing, access and people as much as technology. We bring customer contacts, site teams, equipment suppliers and service providers into a working schedule. Decisions, dependencies and follow-up actions stay visible, so a delayed circuit or missing site approval can be addressed before it blocks installation.

  • A shared scope and readiness checklist
  • Clear approvals and change windows
  • Tracked actions, acceptance and handover

How we work together

Your team stays part of the process

We start by understanding how your business uses its systems. Your technical owners help define the requirements, approve changes and check the outcome. Where specialist contractors or platform providers are involved, their work and handover points are identified in the project scope.

Knowledge should stay with the customer

An installation is not finished when the equipment powers on. The handover should explain the environment, configuration decisions, test findings and outstanding actions. We organize the records around the people who will operate the systems, then agree any monitoring, maintenance and continuing support.

Questions before you start

Talk to the project team
Can you work alongside our own IT team?

Yes. The project plan separates the work your team retains from the tasks Express Projects will deliver. We agree access, approvals, change windows and the handover so responsibilities are clear on both sides.

Will the same people handle planning and support?

The delivery and support arrangements are defined for the engagement. Where responsibility changes between stages, the handover includes the relevant configuration, decisions, test results and open actions.

Can a project cover hardware, installation and ongoing management?

Yes. These can be combined in one planned engagement, with each workstream clearly scoped. Hardware specifications, installation responsibilities and continuing support are agreed before the relevant work begins.
