Coordinate the IT work at your mainland China sites with the systems and teams around them. Our team brings 20 years of experience in Asian markets to planning installations, migrations, networks, security, cloud and continuing operations. Companies based in China or overseas can arrange the work. China is a priority delivery market alongside Hong Kong and India; local hosting, connectivity and equipment movements each receive an explicit scope.

What to prepare
- Site or facility and planned change window
- Equipment, application and provider inventory
- Connectivity goals and responsible customer contacts
What you receive
- China site and application dependency plan
- Installation or migration acceptance and configuration records
- Agreed China operating scope and provider-escalation handover
Start with the site and application dependencies
Identify the building or facility, equipment, access arrangements and applications that depend on the change. Rack space, power, cabling and provider readiness need named owners before installation can be scheduled.
Treat connectivity and cloud as separate decisions
Document the sites and applications that need to communicate, the existing carrier arrangements and the relevant cloud account environment. Mainland and global cloud configurations should be assessed independently. A proposed route is a design to validate, not a promise of unrestricted access.
Deliver the site and define its ongoing operations
Agree the installation sequence, configuration and acceptance checks with your site and technical owners. Document remote management, monitoring, patching, security-policy work, backup responsibilities and any on-site support included afterwards. Facility, cloud and connectivity providers retain the responsibilities identified in the plan; equipment procurement can be added where needed.
