Express Projects uses the details you submit to understand your enquiry, contact you and discuss the work you request. This notice describes the website enquiry service.
Who to contact
Contact Express Projects at [email protected] or +17693361577. Our main Hong Kong address is 16th Floor, 54-62 Lockhart Rd, Wan Chai, HK. Use the same email for questions about this notice or your information.
Information you provide
Forms collect your name, email, project requirements and selected services, technologies and locations. Depending on the form, they also include project goals, configuration, environment, timing, site or relocation details, optional company and phone, and your consent to use the details to respond. Attachments are not accepted. Do not send passwords, credentials or confidential system access details.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private PostgreSQL database in Germany. Access is restricted to authorised operators handling enquiries. Security controls use hashed identifiers to limit abusive requests. Email notifications are not currently enabled, and a saved enquiry does not mean that an email has been sent.
How long records remain
Enquiry records currently remain in the system until deletion is authorised; no fixed automatic deletion period is set. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We will consider your request and explain any information we need to identify the record or any reason it must be retained.
Browser storage and other contact channels
The browser temporarily keeps structured project choices, as described in the cookies and storage notice. Contact details and free-text notes are not saved as a browser draft. If you choose email, telephone or WhatsApp, your communication also uses that service and its own privacy arrangements.
Does submitting a form sign me up for advertising?
The enquiry form is used to handle your request. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics services.
How can I refer to my enquiry?
Include the enquiry reference if you have one when writing to [email protected]. Do not email passwords or other access credentials.
