Specify enterprise servers, storage, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls and workplace equipment against your applications and existing estate. Manufacturer names and model numbers stay visible in the proposal. We review platform fit, regional availability and support requirements before an order is agreed.

Parts, replacements and upgrades
Request memory, drives, processors, network adapters, transceivers, power supplies, rack accessories and other required components. Share the equipment model, manufacturer part number and quantity where available. Compatibility, firmware dependencies, licensing and warranty conditions are checked for the proposed part; substitutions need your approval.
A quotation your procurement team can assess
The proposal identifies models or part numbers, configurations, quantities, included accessories, delivery destination, lead-time assumptions and warranty arrangements. Equipment supply, installation and recurring support are itemised separately. Availability, pricing and any permitted alternatives are confirmed for the quotation rather than inferred from the technology directory.
Installation and support when required
Equipment can be supplied on its own or combined with staging, racking, cabling, operating-system or hypervisor setup, network integration and acceptance testing. Agree site access, receiving arrangements, change windows and the handover records before deployment. Transport, customs and specialist facility work have separate responsibilities unless explicitly included.
Custom builds and OEM / ODM options
When standard manufacturer configurations do not suit the requirement, we also offer custom assembly and OEM / ODM project enquiries. Agree the platform, bill of materials, design or manufacturing responsibilities, validation and support scope before work begins. An Express configuration name describes an assembled system package; branded equipment retains its manufacturer identity.
