Address the access and protection requirements that matter to your business. Express Projects connects security assessment, agreed control changes and ongoing responsibilities across identity, endpoints, networks and data. Specialist testing and additional security services receive their own authorization and scope.
What to prepare
- Systems, account roles and data locations by type
- Existing controls, policies, integrations and known priorities
- Authorized decision makers and security-operation responsibilities
What you receive
- Prioritized findings and agreed control changes
- Implementation checks, exceptions and remaining actions
- Access-review, alert and incident-escalation ownership
Explore the project structure
Check interfaces, policies, VPN dependencies and logging. High availability is a design requirement to validate, not a promise inferred from two appliances.
Conceptual planning view. Final architecture is agreed for the project.Identify assets, access and exposure
Review accounts, privileged access, endpoints, data locations and existing controls. Determine the scope for IAM, MFA, SSO, encryption and endpoint protection. Record business priorities and who can authorize access or policy changes.
Coordinate controls and visibility
Assess network controls, DLP and IDS/IPS or SIEM integration where relevant to the agreed environment. Confirm logging, integration prerequisites and alert ownership. Penetration testing requires its own authorization, boundaries and specialist scope.
Assign recurring security work
Document implemented controls, exceptions and follow-up actions. Allocate access reviews, updates, alerts and incident escalation. Retained risks and specialist services should remain visible; no complete SOC or elimination-of-risk claim is implied.
