Plan a regional office rollout

Open, expand or refresh offices with a rollout your regional team can repeat. Express Projects combines network, security, communications and support planning, then checks the conditions at each site. A pilot, documented variations and local sign-off keep the programme practical as more locations are added.

What to prepare

  • Office locations, opening priorities, layouts and user requirements
  • Network, access and workplace standards with existing provider details
  • Readiness contacts, change windows and regional support ownership

What you receive

  • Shared office baseline and approved site variations
  • Pilot findings and phased site-readiness schedule
  • Office acceptance records and support-entry handover

Define what repeats and what varies

Create a baseline for network segmentation, wireless, secure access and workplace communications. Record permitted site variations for layout, circuit providers and existing equipment. A regional map shows deployment phases, not offices owned by Express.

Deploy one site at a time

Assess access, facilities, equipment and provider readiness before scheduling each location. Use agreed configuration and change windows, and let lessons from the first site inform later deployments. Site-specific exceptions need approval rather than silent changes to the standard.

Complete local acceptance and support entry

Check connectivity, user access and included communications at each office. Record asset and configuration references, exceptions and the local sign-off owner. Bring the site into support only after the covered systems and escalation path have been agreed.

Questions before you start

Bring offices online with a repeatable network, security and workplace baseline, local readiness checks and a coordinated support transition.

Must every office use identical equipment?

No. A shared baseline can allow reviewed variations where the site, provider or existing environment requires them.

Does regional coverage mean you have an office at each location?

No office or permanent-team claim is made. Site arrangements and delivery scope are assessed for the project.
