Bring the building, connectivity and workplace requirements together before a Thailand site goes into use. Express Projects coordinates office or branch infrastructure, network and security changes, and the transition into support. Your regional or overseas team can stay involved through agreed approvals and acceptance records.

What to prepare
- Branch layout, users and workplace needs
- Existing circuits, devices and building arrangements
- Support owner, access process and target change dates
What you receive
- Branch network and workplace scope
- Provider-readiness and site-installation checklist
- Support responsibility and escalation record
Build the branch requirements from daily work
Identify users, meeting spaces, shared applications and devices before choosing a network layout. Separate business traffic, guest access and equipment that needs a dedicated segment. The design should explain how those groups connect and who manages them.
Coordinate building and provider readiness
Confirm cabling routes, delivery access, internet-service ownership and existing equipment constraints. Changes involving a landlord, carrier or another installer need explicit scheduling and responsibility. Readiness checks prevent installation tasks from masking unresolved service dependencies.
Scope recurring support separately
Decide which team handles user issues, device changes, monitoring and provider escalation after deployment. List permitted remote actions and situations requiring an on-site task. Support hours and response commitments belong in the agreed engagement, not in an assumed nationwide promise.
