Set the technical baseline for your Vietnam office, branch or business IT environment before deployment starts. Express Projects coordinates site readiness, network and security requirements, installation and continuing operations. Regional and international project teams receive the decisions and acceptance records needed to manage the work.

What to prepare
- Site and current infrastructure overview
- User groups, applications and security requirements
- Provider readiness and proposed handover owner
What you receive
- Retain/change/remove infrastructure baseline
- Dependency-aware deployment and test plan
- As-built records and support responsibility map
Establish the site baseline
Record the existing network, user groups, devices and business applications. Define the required addressing, access and security boundaries before installation. A baseline should distinguish what is retained, changed or removed so different teams can review the same scope.
Bring provider dependencies into the plan
Identify circuit delivery, building cabling, equipment arrival and permissions that must be ready for the installation. Assign each dependency to its owner and record what can proceed if a prerequisite is delayed. Do not hide carrier readiness inside an equipment delivery milestone.
Hand over a maintainable environment
Agree the configuration records, asset information and verification checks needed by the operating team. Identify who handles user support, security changes and external-provider incidents after sign-off. Documentation should reflect the installed environment rather than a generic design.
