Give each Indonesian site a practical place in the rollout. Express Projects coordinates installation, networks, security and operational handover around the buildings, provider connections and teams involved. For a single office or several locations, your company can arrange the work from Indonesia or overseas.
Indonesia
Coordinate Indonesian site deployments, branch networks and continuing IT operations with a separate readiness and acceptance plan for each location.

What to prepare
- Cities, islands and site types for all planned locations
- Hardware quantities, applications and connectivity requirements
- Receiving contacts, access constraints and rollout priorities
What you receive
- Site-by-site readiness and dependency register
- Approved deployment sequence and technical responsibility plan
- Acceptance records and a practical operations handover
Plan each site before setting a rollout date
List the cities, buildings and site contacts, then confirm access, receiving arrangements, power, rack space and cabling. When several islands are involved, equipment delivery and field schedules need to be coordinated per site. A single national deadline should not hide different readiness conditions.
Define the installation and integration work
Connect server, storage, network and workplace requirements to the applications used at each site. Agree configuration, installation, provider handoffs and acceptance tests. Equipment supply can be included against an approved specification, while delivery, import arrangements and specialist facility work retain their named responsibilities.
Design branch connectivity around actual applications
A branch rollout should start with the applications, users and data paths. Review available carrier services, addressing, Wi-Fi needs, security policies and remote management. Define what can be staged before delivery and what must be checked at the destination.
Hand over a repeatable operating model
Use a consistent equipment inventory, configuration record and acceptance checklist while allowing for site differences. Agree escalation contacts and which tasks are handled remotely or on site. Support hours, travel and any local-provider dependencies are confirmed within the service scope.
