Plan the work around the Malaysian locations your business actually uses. Office setup, factory business IT and infrastructure refreshes need coordinated access, networks, configuration and acceptance. Express Projects brings these workstreams together for local or overseas teams, with continuing operations and equipment supply scoped where required.

What to prepare
- Cities and site types, including any linked Singapore sites
- Equipment quantities, workloads and network requirements
- Site contacts, delivery readiness and preferred change windows
What you receive
- Equipment and site-readiness brief
- Coordinated installation plan with named responsibilities
- Test records, configuration notes and agreed support handover
Start with the site and the required IT outcome
Map the applications, users, network paths and installation tasks for the actual location. Confirm site access, cabling, rack or workspace, power and provider readiness. Assess existing equipment before defining any additional branded hardware or parts, then agree the installation and acceptance responsibilities.
Coordinate Malaysia and Singapore workstreams
If your environment spans Malaysia and Singapore, document each site, its connectivity and the applications moving between them. Physical equipment transport, carrier services and data migration require separate plans. We coordinate agreed tasks with your teams and providers, including the sequence of changes and acceptance checks.
Prepare offices and production environments
Office Wi-Fi, branch networks and production-site IT have different access and change constraints. Confirm floor plans, cable routes, coverage needs and working hours before installation. Segment business systems where the agreed design requires it, then test the relevant connections with the people who use them.
Make the operating handover usable
Agree the configuration records, equipment inventory, network diagrams and test results your team needs. Document unresolved dependencies and define who handles monitoring, maintenance and support after deployment. On-site scheduling and support coverage are agreed for each location.
